Uzun zamandan beridir üzerinde çalıştığımız projemizi artık hayata geçirdik ve Ankara Beşevler'de özel bir uygulama merkezi açtık.
Uygulama yaptığımız araçların hikayelerini buraya olabildiğince detaylı ve eğitici olacak şekilde düzenli olarak atarak sizlere anlatmaya çalışacağım.
Uygulama merkezimizi kısaca tanıtmak gerekirse içerisi 110m2 büyüklüğünde ve 3 araç alabiliyor. Bunun yanında konforlu ve şık bir bekleme salonumuz bulunmakta. Aracının başında beklemek isteyenlerin rahatça beklemelerini sağlayacak bir ortam hazırladık.
Uygulama merkezimizde alçak profilli liftimiz bulunmakta. Lift sayesinde hem uygulama kalitesi kayda değer bir şekilde artmakta hem işler daha hızlı çıkmaktadır. Ayrıca bu iş için en önemli ekipmanlardan biri olan ışıklandırmaya ciddi bir yatırım yaparak tavana 31 adet 30W'lık Osram LED projektör kurduk. Aracın üzerinde gün ışığında görülmeyen hataları dahi görmekte ve düzeltmekteyiz.
En iyi ekipmanları ve en iyi malzemeleri kullanarak her uygulamada en üst kaliteyi yakalamayı hedeflemekteyiz.

Merhabalar,

Detay stüdyomuzda 6 gün misafirimiz olan Mercedes-Benz C200d AMG araca olabilecek en üst seviye koruma uygulamalarından birini gerçekleştirerek aracı layık olduğu parlaklığa kavuşturduk, ayrıca uzun yıllar yıpranmadan kullanılmasını sağladık. Çizik giderme, full şeffaf koruma filmi ve Gtechniq Crystal Serum Black Edition uygulamaları gerçekleştirdik. Davlumbaz içlerine Gtechniq C4, arka halı davlumbazlara Dr Beasley's Fabric & Upholstery Protection, tüm camlara ise seryum oksit ile polisaj sonrası Gtechniq G1 uygulandı.

Araç forumdan Gökhan abinin aracı. Uygulamalar esnasında bana eşlik etti ve beraberce keyifli vakit geçirerek uygulamaları gerçekleştirdik. Kendisi sağolsun hem çok yardım sever hem de çok titiz.

Araç geldiğinde ön yıkamayı FL & Valet Pro ANSF ile yaptık. Ardından çift kova yöntemi ile yine ANSF kullanarak detaylıca yıkadık. Logo araları, ızgaralar, benzin deposu kapağı gibi detayları da detay fırçası ve Valet Pro Citrus Wash kullanarak kirlerden arındırdık. Davlumbazlara da Citrus uygulayarak Wheel Woolies fırçalarla detaylıca temizledik.

Eski koruma filmlerinin sökümünü gerçekleştirdik. Isı tabancası ile destekleyerek herhangi bir yapışkan kalıntısı ve deformasyon olmadan 2 yıllık Llumar filmleri söktük. Filmler oldukça sararmıştı. Filmleri söktükten sonra tam tersi oldu. Sökülen yüzeyler beyaz, aracın geri kalanı sararmıştı.

Aracı şeffaf boya koruma filmi kaplamadan önce Mercedes-Benz yetkili servisinde çalışmakta olan anlaşmalı ustalarımızı çağırarak kapı kolları, piano black tavan çıtaları, stopları ve amblemleri söktürdük. Söküm işlemlerini özellikle yetkili servis çalışanlarına bırakıyoruz ki olabilecek en sorunsuz ve profesyonel işlem yapılsın.
Sonrasında aracı kaldırarak projektörler altında tüm boyanın detaylı analizini gerçekleştirdik. Osram led projektörlerimiz gün ışığında dahi gözden kaçabilecek detayları göstermekte. Araca hiçbir işlem yapmadan öncesinde teşhisi çok iyi koymak gerekir ki reçete doğru olsun.

Normalde boyanın temizliğini yapıp direk kaplamaya geçecektik. Ancak çamurluklardaki yarım filmleri söktüğümüzde boyanın matlaşıp bir miktar da sarardığını gördük. Bu gibi kusurlar nedeni ile polisaj işlemleri için hazırlıklara başladık.

Aracın genel durumunu gördükten sonra boya ölçümlerini gerçekleştirdik. 130 mikron civarı çıkan boyada yeterince pay var. Polisaj işlemlerinde önce Menzerna 2500 ve Lake Country Cutting Pad ile ardından Menzerna 4500 ve Lake Country Finessing Pad ile boyadaki tüm çizikleri ve oksidasyonu giderip maksimum parlaklığa ulaştırdık. Sorası ölçümleri de yaptık, kayda değer bir incelme gözlemlemedik. Polisaj esnasında 50 dereceyi geçmedik, bu sayede boyayı fazla yumuşatıp gereğinden fazla mikron kaldırmamış oluyoruz. Polisaj sonrası Gyeon Prep ile polisaj yağlarını giderip yüzeyin haresiz olduğunu garantileyip parlaklık kontrolünü sağladık.

Film yapışacak iç yüzeyleri IPA ile iyi bir şekilde temizledik. Bu sayede içe kıvrılan filmler ilerde atma yapmayacaktır. Yeri gelmişken biz koruma filmi kaplama uygulamalarında filmleri parçalarınn içlerine kıvırıyoruz ve araç üzerinde film olduğu dışarıdan kesinlikle anlaşılmıyor.

Jantları dış kısmı teflon olan özel bijon anahtarları ile jantlara hiçbir zarar vermeden söktük. Jant içlerini Autobrite Direct Tar Remover ile temizledik ve zift lekelerini giderdik. Öncesinde jantlara Gyeon Rim uygulanmış. Kontrolünü sağladık ve iyi durumda olduğunu görünce herhangi bir koruma uygulamadık.

Arka davlumbazlar için tekrardan VP Citrus ile detaylı bir temizlik yapıp duruladıktan sonra Dr Beasley's Carpet&Upholstery Protection uygulayarak korumaya aldık.

Sonrasında içeriyi elektrik süpürgesi ile süpürüp tüm tozları çektik. Film uygulamasının tozsuz ve temiz bir ortamda yapılması uygulamanın kalitesi açısından çok önemlidir. Film uygulanırken içerde başka hiçbir araç ve uygulama alınmadı.

Ardından koruma filmleri uygulandı. Aracın tüm boyalı parçaları, farları, ön krom çıtası şeffaf koruma filmi ile kaplandı.

Ardından kaporta ustaları tekrardan gelerek sökülen parçaları tekrardan montajladılar.

Film Kaplandıktan 12 saat sonra yüzeyi Prep ile temizlendi ve Gtechniq Crystal Serum, ardından da 2 kat Exo v2 uygulandı. Uygulama sırasında sıcaklık 20 derece civarlarında tutuldu. 1 gün kürleşme bırakılan araç ertesi gün teslim edildi.

Ardından tüm boya yüzeyine ve jantlara Gyeon Iron uygulayarak demir tozlarından arındırdık. Araç bir miktar kontamine olmuştu, olan kirler de Iron sonrası gitti. Aracın sahibi bir önceki sıfır aldığı aracının boyasının 1 yıl gibi kısa sürede delik delik noktacıklar halinde zarar görmesinden çok rahatsız olmuş ve aracını satmış. Aracı sıfır aldığında aldığı bayi demir tozu ve kil temizliği yapmadan direk boya korumaya geçtiği için bu sorunla karşılaştığını ilettik. Kendisi de oldukça şaşırdı, çünkü çözümü yok diye anlatmışlar.

Polisaj öncesi herhangi bir sürprizle karşılaşmamak için aracın boya ölçümlerini yaptık. Çünkü araç öncesinde kötü bir uygulama görmüştü. Depo kapağında boya açılmaları mevcuttu ve cam ve kapı aralarında ise bolca polish kalıntısı vardı.

Polisaj aşamasında İlk önce yün pad ve Scholl S3+ ile spot test yaptık ancak ürün bu sert boyada çizikleri almada zorlanınca CarWax K9 polish kullandık. Ürün Menzerna 400'e çok yakın ancak daha az hare yapıyor. Son aşama polisajı ise CarWax K4 ve Lake Country Finessing pad ile yaptık. Bu ürün de 3800'e oldukça yakın. Çizik alma kabiliyeti 3800'den bir miktar daha yüksek.

Yüzeyin büyüklüğüne göre spot pedler, Rupes Rupes Ibrid ve logo araları, ızgaralar gibi detaylar içinse Autotriz nano polisher kullanarak aracı en ince detayına kadar kusursuzlaştırdık.

Koruma öncesi aracı polisaj tozlarından ve yağlarından arındırmak için tekrar FL ve Valet Pro Citrus Wash ile yıkadık. Ardından Gyeon prep ile tüm yüzeyleri silip koruma aşamasına hazırladık.

Koruma aşamasında Hikari Pro'yu tercih ettik. Ürün base coat ve top coat olarak 2 ayrı üründen oluşmakta. Base coat kendi kendini yenileme özelliğine sahip asıl koruyucu katman, top coat ise florin bazlı su itici hidrofobik katman. Önce 2 kat base coat ürününü ardından ise 2 kat olacak şekilde top coat ürününü uyguladık. Uygulama esnasında yüzeyleri 70 dereceye kadar ısıttık. Base ve top coat uygulamaları arasında da 4 saat kadar bekledik.

2007 model bir Honda Civic'in ön cam çiziklerini giderme uygulaması ile karşınızdayız. Araç çok eski olmamasına karşın ön camı oldukça yıpranmıştı ve güvenli sürüş yapılamayacak pozisyona gelmişti. Geçtiğimiz sene Amerika seyahatinde almış olduğum farklı kalınlıklarda seryumlar kullanarak polisaj ile camdaki çiziklerin hepsini giderdik ve camı kristal bir görünüme kavuşturduk. Ardından da Gtechniq G1 uyguladık.

Detay stüdyomuzda 4 gün misafirimiz olan 2016 model bir Audi A3 Sline araca derin çizik giderme, 3 aşama polisaj ile boya mükemmelleştirme, yüzeyindeki çizikleri kendi kendine onarabilen Hikari Pro seramik kaplama uygulamaları gerçekleştirerek kırmızı renginin de etkisiyle aracı hakettiği parlaklığa kavuşturduk, ayrıca uzun yıllar yıpranmadan kullanılmasını sağladık.
Boya durumu oldukça kötüydü,bolca derin çizik bulunmaktaydı. Kaputta astara inmiş olan derin çiziklere onarım yaptık. Fotoğraflar uygulama aşamalarını detaylıca anlatmakta. İyi seyirler dileriz.

Kaynaklı birleştirme işlemleri esnasında da benzer şekilde eriyik metaller oluşup yakınında bulunan camlara zarar verebiliyor. Bu eriyik metallerin elektrik tellerinden düşerken ısısı azalacağından kaynaktan daha az zarar vermiştir muhtemelen. Kaynaktan sıçrayanların hasarı çok derin oluyor. Zımpara işlemi sonrası 3mikronluk kalın seryumla lokal olarak deneme yapılabilir. Ancak aracı görmeden net olarak yanıt vermek zor.

Türkiye'de tek olan el yapımı "0" km bir Lotus Elise 250 cup aracı uygulama merkezimizde misafir ederek oldukça yoğun ve kapsamlı bir operasyondan geçirerek yol ve pist şartlarına hazır hale getirdik.
Detailing uygulamalarımız öncesinde öncelikle bu özel araçtan çok kısa bahsetmek isteriz. Araç 250 cup adından da anlaşılacağı gibi 250hp güce sahip. Aracın motor hacmi 1.8lt ve supercharge besleme ile güçlendirilmiş. Gövde tamamen kompozit parçalardan, şasi ise aluminyumdan hafiflik esas alınarak üretilmiş. Öyle ki; aracın jantlarından fren disklerine, aynalarından diğer tüm detaylara kadar olabildiğince hafifletilmeye çalışıldığını görebiliyorsunuz. Bunun sonucunda araç rijitlikten ve güvenlikten ödün verilmeden yakıt tankı dolu olarak yaklaşık 931kg'lık muaazzam bir hafifliğe sahip. 250hp'lik gücü nispeten az gibi gözükse de 4sn'ye yakın 0-100km hızlanması ve pistteki çevikliği ile kullanıcısına bambaşka bir sürüş deneyimi sunduğu aşikar. Umarız böyle özel bir aracı kullanmak bir gün her otomobilsevere nasip olur.

Yapmış olduğumuz uygulamamıza dönecek olursak; kompozit parçalardan üretilen bu aracın gövdesinde bolca çizik, zımpara izleri ve hologramlar bulunmaktaydı. Üretim aşamasında boyası zımpara ve polisajla düzeltilmiş ancak kusursuz halde değildi. Kompozit parça üretiminde oldukça deneyimli bir mühendis olarak aracın gövde parçalarının inanılmaz bir kalitede üretildiğini söyleyebiliriz. Ancak boya sonrası yapılan bu işlem olması gerektiği gibi yapılmadığından bu görevi biz devralarak araı hakettiği görünüme kavuşturmak için kolları sıvadık. Kompozit parçalardan oluşan gövdeye oldukça hassas bir polisaj işlemi gerçekleştirdik. Parçaları ısıtmadan hep düşük devirlerde çalıştık. Söktüğümüz folyoların altından dahi hologramlar çıktı. sonuç olarak yaptığımız boya düzeltme işlemleri ile aracın boyasını tamamen kusursuz hale getirdik. Ardından kapılar ve arka gövde hariç aracın tüm parçalarını şeffaf koruma filmi ile kapladık. Film olarak Stek DynoShield poliüretan koruma filmi tercih ettik. Filmleri hiçbir ek yapmadan tek parça olacak şekilde kaplayarak aracın orijinal görüntüsünü kesinlikle bozmamış olduk. Bu şekil ve büyüklükte bir tamponu hava alıkları da dahil tüm detaylarına kadar tek parça poliüretan film ile kaplayarak ilklerden birine de imza atmış olduk.

Aracın ön kısmı komple tek parça bir kompozit monoblok gövdeden oluşmakta. Standart araçlarda olduğu gibi kaput, ön tampon ve çamurluklar parçalardan oluşmuyor. Tampon bir çizgi ile ayrıymış gibi gözükse de yapısal olarak kaput ve çamurluklara bağlı. Motor arkada, kaput altında sadece intercooler var. Filmi bu çizgilerden ayıracak şekilde kaput ve çamurluk kısımlarına tek, tampona da yine tek parça olacak şekilde uyguladık.

Vintage Detailing - Sıfır km Audi A4 Şeffaf Koruma Filmleri ve Gtechniq CS Uygulaması

Detay stüdyomuzda konuğumuz olan sıfır km bir Audi A4'ün uygulama aşamalarını sizlerle paylaşmak istedik. Bu araca şeffaf koruma filmi, derin çizik giderme ve Gtechniq Crystal Serum Black Edition (CS+Exo V3) uygulamaları gerçekleştirerek hem aracın parlaklığını artırdık, hem de uzun yıllar temiz ve parlak kalmasına katkıda bulunduk.

Kullanılan ürünler ve uygulama aşamaları:

Yıkama:

-Ön yıkama ve detaylı yıkama aşamasında yoğun köpük yapısı ve kir çözme kabiliyeti ile beğendiğimiz şampuanlardan Valet Pro Snow Foam Combo 2 tercih ettik. Gyeon Silk Mitt eldiven ve Silk Dryer kurulama havlusu da yıkama ve kurulama aşamalarında tercihimiz oldu.
-Demir tozu ve jant temizliğinde Gtechniq W6 Iron Remover tercih ettik. Jant içi temizliğinde farklı boylardaki Wheel Woolies fırçaları kullandık. Boyadan fazla demir tozu çıkmadı, jantlarda ise bir miktar mevcuttu. Gtechniq W6 jel yapısı ile yüzeyde uzun süre kalabiliyor ve demir tozlarını hızlı bir şekilde çözebiliyor. Ayrıca kir çözme kabiliyeti de oldukça yüksek olduğundan jant içlerinde başka hiçbir ürüne gerek kalmadan Wheel Woolies fırçaların da yardımı ile bu ürünle tüm kir ve balata tozlarını temizledik.
-Boya yüzeyi temizliğinde Soft99 Trizex Soft Kil tercih ettik. Hiç kılcal çiziği olmayan bu gibi araçlarda yüzeyi hiç çizmeden gayet güzel temizlik yapabiliyor.

Polisaj:
-Boya yüzeyinde neredeyse hiç kılcal çizik bulunmamaktaydı. Ancak sağ ön kapıda oldukça derin bir çizik mevcuttu ve yalnızca polisaj ile giderilemeyecek ölçüde derindi. Bu çiziğe lokal olarak Meguiar's 3000grit zımpara ile müdahale ettik. Ardından zımpara çiziklerini Menzerna 400 ile aldık. Ardından bir sonraki stepte belirttiğimiz polisaj aşamalarını uyguladık.
-Aracın boyası çiziksiz olmasına karşın parlaklık istediğimiz ölçüde net değildi, boyada puslu bir yüzey mevcuttu. Fabrikanın kalite normlarına uygun olabilir ancak maksimum parlaklık elde etmemiz için bu yüzeyi düzeltmemiz gerekiyordu. Bu amaçla önce Makita 9237CB rotary makinamız ve Meguiar's polishing pad ile Koch Chemie F5 uyguladık. Ardından parlaklığı daha da artırmak için Rupes LHR21 Mark II random orbital makina ve Rupes sarı polishing ped ile Koch Chemie M2 uygulaması gerçekleştirdik.

PPF:
-Aracın kaput,çamurluklar,ön tampon, ön farlar ve B sütunlarına Stek DynoShield şeffaf koruma filmi uygulaması gerçekleştirdik. Poliüretan ultra şeffaf yapısı,10 yıl ömrü, çizikleri kendi kendine giderme kabiliyeti ve yüzeyinde bulunan nano teknoloji kir ve su itici katman sayesinde oldukça başarılı bir film.

Koruma:
-Boya yüzeyinin koruma aşamasında araç sahibinin tercihi Gtechniq Crystal Serum Black Edition (CS+Exov3) oldu. Koruma öncesi yüzeyi IPA ve ardından Nanolex EX ile korumaya hazırladık. Koruma işlemlerini gerçekleştirip aracı fazladan 2 gün bekleterek iyice kürleşmesini ve yol şartlarına hazır hale gelmesini sağladık.
-Jantlara ve dış plastik aksamlara Crystal Serum Light uygulaması gerçekleştirdik.
-Ön cama Gtechniq G1, yan camlara ise Gtechniq G5 uygulamaları gerçekleştirdik.
-Lastiklere parlaklık ve dayanım olarak başarılı bulduğumuz Meguiar's Endurance uyguladık.

İç temizlik ve deri koruma:
-Aracın içi sıfır km olmasından kaynaklı fazla temiz değildir diye düşünebilirsiniz ancak temizlik esnasında fazlaca kirli olduğunu gördük. Temizlik işlemi üzerine yapılacak olan korumanın ömrünü etkilemektedir. Sıfır araç diye temizlik aşamasını atlayıp ne olursa olsun korumaya geçmemek gerekiyor. Deri koltukları, direksiyonu ve tüm iç aksamı detaylıca temizledik. Hassas deri temizliği için Colour Lock deri fırçası ve hafif deri temizleyici ürünlerini tercih ettik. Deterjan kalıntılarını durulayıp koltukların kurumasını bekledikten sonra koruma uygulaması gerçekleştirdik. Korumada ise tercihimiz Colour Lock deri kalkanı oldu. Deri kalkanı ürünü deriyi aşınmalara ve renk kaybına karşı koruyan bir ürün.

Aracı içeri alıp film kaplanacak parçaların polisaj işlemlerini yapıyoruz ve aracı şeffaf koruma filmi uygulamasına hazırlıyoruz. Ardından film kaplama işlemini gerçekleştiriyoruz. Her zaman olduğu gibi filmleri içe kıvırarak hem belli olmamalarını hem de ilerde yaşanabilecek kalkma problemlerinin önüne geçiyoruz. Ön tampona da filmi tek parça tüm kıvrımlara ulaşacak şekilde uygulayıp hiçbir şekilde farkedilmemesini sağlıyoruz.

Ülkemiz havacılık sektöründe temizlik, bakım ve onarım konularında hizmet veren diğer firmamızı sizlere tanıtmak ve yaptığımız işlerden ufak kesitler sunmak istedik.
DetailPort Aerospace Ankara merkezli bir firmadır. Business jetler, helikopterler ve tek koridorlu yolcu uçaklarına temizlik, bakım ve yapısal onarım verebilecek tüm altyapıya sahiptir.
DetailPort'u tanıtmadan önce uçaklara detailing yapmak nereden çıktı, nasıl başladı gibi sorularınız elbet olacaktır. Bu nedenle öncelikle size kendimden bahsetmek isterim. Türk Havacılık ve Uzay Sanayi - TAI'de 7 yıla yakın üretim, yapısal analiz ve onarım mühendisi olarak birçok görevde çalıştım. Bu esnada uçak yapılarını hem tasarlamayı hem de onarmayı iyi seviyede öğrendim. Detailing kariyerinin bana göre en üst noktası olan bu işi varolan işim ve hobimle birleştirip bu firmayı kurdum. Vintage Detailing bizim otomobiller üzerinde çalıştığımız butik bir garaj iken DetailPort Aerospace ise hem bizzat gidip uçaklar üzerinde çalıştığımız hem de işin arka planında yedek parça ve onarım-danışmanlık hizmetleri sunduğumuz bir firma olarak büyüdü. Ülkemizde ve Avrupa'da şu an alanımızda tek pozisyondayız.
Sizlerle uygulama yaptığımız özel jetlerin fotoğraflarını paylaşmak isterim. Hem ticari bilgiler olduğundan, hem de yapılan işlemler şahsi veya devlete ait uçaklara gerçekleştirildiğinden yapılan işlemlerin detaylarını belirtemiyoruz.

Opak siyah renge sahip Porsche 911 ve Cayenne oldukça detaylı ve kapsamlı işlemlerden geçirilerek yenilendi ve koruma altına alındı. Boya kusurları düzeltme, Hikari Pro seramik kaplama, Stek Dynoshield PPF kaput koruma filmi ve Colourlock ürünleri ile profesyonel deri onarımları gerçekleştirdik. Yeni videomuzda komple Stek Proshield marka poliüeretan ultra şeffaf boya koruma filmi kapladığımız sıfır km bir Porsche Macan üzerinde boya koruma filmleri hakkında detaylı bilgiler veriyoruz. Mat Boyalı CLS İçin STEK DYNOMatt Mat Şeffaf Boya Koruma Filmi Uygulamamız

Garajımızın yeni konuğu Türkiye’de nadir gördüğümüz renklerden fabrika çıkışı mat gri renge sahip Mercedes-Benz CLS 300d.
Mat renklerdeki en büyük problem zamanla oluşabilecek çizikler ve boyanın parlamasıdır. Mat boyalı renlerde polisaj işlemi yapılamadığı için bu sorunlar kalıcı olmakta ve yeniden boya işlemi olmadan düzeltilememektedir. Bu nedenle aracın bu mat satin görünümünü kaybetmeden uzun süreler koruması için tercih ettiğimiz yöntem özel üst yüzey teknolojisiyle üretilen poliüretan STEK Dynomatt Mat Şeffaf Boya Koruma Filmi ile komple kaplamak oldu. 150 mikronluk kalınlığı ve 7 yıl garantisi ile mat boyanın görüntüsünü kesinlikle değiştirmemektedir. Yüzeyindeki çizikleri kendi kendine onarması, kir ve su itici özelliği ile boyayı uzun süreler etkin bir şeklide korumayı garanti etmektedir. Stek DYNOMatt aynı zamanda parlak boyaları mat bir görünüme kavuşturabildiği gibi orjinal mat boyaları korumanın da en iyi yolu olarak tercihimiz olmaktadır.
