Volvo has teamed up with Polestar and Heico to create a one-off S60 dubbed the "Performance Project."
The unique model is based on the T6 R-Design and features a sport exhaust system and 19-inch Heico wheels with Pirelli tires.
Under the hood, Polestar installed a revised ECU which enables the turbocharged 3.0-liter engine to produce 325 hp (242 kW / 330 PS) and 354 lb-ft (480 Nm) of torque - an increase of 25 hp (18 kW / 25 PS) and 29 lb-ft (40 Nm). While this sounds impressive, it isn't. Volvo has previously announced the 2012 S60 R-Design will have a revised inline-six with - surprise, surprise - 325 hp (242 kW / 330 PS) and 354 lb-ft (480 Nm) of torque.
