Bir süredir zaman sıkıntısından dolayı paylaşım yapamıyordum. Böyle güzel bir uygulamayı da paylaşmadan edemedim.

Henüz 100km'de yepyeni, taptaze yeni kasa C180'e Türkiye'nin ilk Mohs+ uygulamasını yaptım.

Gyeon Mohs+ sadece Gyeon yetkili ve sertifikalı, profesyonel detaycılar tarafından uygulanabiliyor. Şu an Türkiye'deki tek yetkili uygulayıcı da ben olduğumdan ilk Mohs+ uygulamasını da Carcareturkey.com desteğiyle buradan paylaşmak istedim.



Aracı teslim alıp ilk fotoğrafları çektikten sonra yıkamaya geçtik. Crystal Consept Sensei kullanarak araç üzerindeki istenmeyen kirleri çözdük.

- Ön yıkamanın ardından jantlardan başlayarak Gyeon Iron ile demir tozlarını eritip daha temiz ve pürüzsüz yüzey elde ettik.

Yıkama ve kurulama işlemlerinin ardından, Camlara Llumar ATR20 cam filmi, kaput ve ön iki çamurluğa da koruma filmi uygulaması yaptık.

- Film işlerinin bitmesinin ardından arabayı Gyeon Kil ile tekrar temizledim ve tam anlamıyla pürüzsüz bir boyaya ulaştık. Kil işleminin ardından da Gyeon Prep kullanarak panellerdeki olası wax, silikon vs. temizleyip koruma uygulamaları için yüzeyi hazır hale getirdim..

- Ertesi gün 3'er saat ara ile Gyeon Mohs uygulayıp ilk aşama korumayı tamamlamış olduk..

- Gyeon Mohs 24 saat kürleştikten sonra Mohs'u Mohs+'a dönüştüren Phobic ürününü uyguladım ve 24 saat daha kürleşmesi için bekledim. Bu esnada da Jantlara Gyeon Rim, Dış plastiklere Gyeon Trim, lastiklere Gyeon Tyre ve camlara da Nanolex Glass Ultra uyguladım. Böylelikle aracın dışında koruma altına alımamış hiç bir kısım kalmadı :)

abi zaten şu anda uygulamaların büyük çoğunluğu bu şekilde. kapı paneli sökülerek cam filmi çekildiği zaman devamında ses gelme ihtimalinden dolayı kimse yanaşmıyor. Cam filmi uygulandıktan sonra 2 günlük bi süre zarfında camlar açılmadığı takdirde problem kalmıyor.

Berkay uygulama ve detaylar çok iyi olmuş ellerine sağlık kardeşim.

2013 Model bu şık aracı yeni alan sahibi, boyasındaki çizikleri giderip mükemmel parlaklığa kavuşturmamız için bize getirdi. Kullanıcı tercihlerine en uygun olan koruma tipi olarak Crystal Concept Premier ve Eclipse uygulaması yaptık.


Aracı teslim alıp öncesi fotoğraflarını çektikten sonra,
Sensei APC ile aracı yıkaayıp kaba kirin gitmesini sağladık.
Jantlar ve boyaya CC Iron Cut uygulayıp metal tozlarının erimesini bekledikten sonra durulayıp tekrar tüm aracı yıkadık.

Yıkamanın ardından Wooly Mammoth ve Uber Blue bezler ile kuruladık. Daha sonra boya üzerindeki çizikleri gidermek için 3D HD Polish ve Sert polishing ped ile uygulama yaptım. Ardından da parlaklığı artırmak için tekrar 3D HD Polish ile ama bu sefer finishing ped kullanarak polisaj işlemleri tamamladım.

Polisaj işlemlerinden sonra aracı tekrar yıkayıp ardından da Nanolex Paint Cleaner ile temizlik yaparak polisaj yağlarından tamamen arınmasını sağladım.

Boyanın tamamen kusursuz olduğuna emin olduktan sonra Crystal Concept Premier uygulamasını yaptım. Araç sahibinin kapalı garajı olduğundan ve aracı bir süre kullanmayacak olmasından dolayı aracı sahibine teslim ettim. Bir hafta sonra araç tekrar geldi ve basit bir yıkama işleminin ardından Crystal Concept Eclipse uygulayarak uygulamayı bitirdim.

Kenarlarına dikkat edin hocam. Bu bezler boya katili olabiliyor. Kenarlarını içe katlayıp silmek lazım.

İstanbul'dan gelerek 2 gün misafirimiz olan bu güzel araca sahibinin beklentisi doğrultusunda mümkün olan en iyi boya düzeltme uygulamasını yapmaya çalıştım. %99.9 çiziksiz bir yüzey elde etmek amacı ile gerekli uygulamaları yaptım.


Aracı teslim aldığımda aracın boyası orta derecede çizikliydi. Araç yoldan geldiğinden jantları ve boyası metal tozlarından oldukça etkilenmişti. İlk iş olarak aracı basınçlı su ile kaba kirlerinden arındırıp ardından Gyeon Iron ile Jantlarındaki ve boyasında demir tozlarını temizleyerek uygulamalara başladım.

Daha sonra Adam's orta sert kil kullanarak boya üzerindeki kalıntıları temizledim.

Boya temizliğinden sonra Polishing Pad ve Scholl Concepts S17+ kullanarak orta derecedeki çizikleri giderdim. Ardından Scholl Concepts S40 ve finishing pad kullanarak hem hologram kalmadığından emin oldum hemde daha derin bir parlaklık elde ettim..

- Polisaj işlemlerinin ardından son aşama koruma öncesi tüm aracı Gyeon Prep ile temizleyip polisaj kalıntılarından arındırdım. Gyeon CanCoat uygulaması öncesinde boya üzerinde son kontrolleri yapıp uygulamaya başladım.

Gyeon CanCoat Gyeon Markasının Aerosol olarak piyasaya çıkarttığı Quartz kaplama ürünü. Son derece pratik şekilde uygulanıp oldukça güzel parlaklık veriyor. Aerosol Sprey şişeyi çalkalayıp, bir beze ürünü sıkıp yüzeye yayıyorsunuz. Kısa bir süre sonra da bezin diğer tarafıyla üzerinden geçip parlatıyorsunuz..

-Ön Gösterim- VW Passat Komple Zımpara ile Boya Kurtarma ve Onarım İşlemleri



Araç üzerine dökülen çözücü maddeler sebebiyle aracın tamamında meydana gelen deformasyonları hassas ve zorlu işlemlerle kurtarmaya çalıştık. Uygulamalar henüz devam ettiğinden bir kaç fotoğrafla kısa bir ön gösterim yapmak istedim..
Stoplar ve bazı plastik parçalar geri dönüşü olmayacak şekilde deforme olduğundan yenileri ile değiştirmemiz gerekti.

Zımpara, Polisaj, boya vs. işlemler bitti. Stoplar değişti. %98 başarı ile çok şükür altından kalktım bu uygulamanın da..

Son olarak da Gyeon Mohs+ Seramik Kaplama ile vernikteki deformasyonu tolere ederek sağlam bir koruma sağlayacağız. Yarın akşam da teslim edilecek sahibine :)

Araç 20 gündür bende ve toplamda 80 saati geçti üzerinde yaptığım çalışmalar.. Komple boyanması gerekiyor denen aracı sadece ufak rötuşlar hariç boyasız olarak ve boyaya zarar vermeden kurtardım.. Ortalama 15-25 mikron civarı vernik incelmesi gerekti bu düzeltmeler için.

2013 Audi A6 Boyasız Mini Onarım


Başka bir aracın sürtmesi sonucu oluşmuş hafif boya hasarı yetkili serviste yapılan hatalı uygulama sonucunda oldukça belirgin ve dikkat çekici bir hale gelmiş. 2 gün süren işlemler sonucunda sadece rötuş boyası ve vernik kullanarak %90 oranında onarım gerçekleştirdik.. Boya yapılmadan kurtarmış olduk..

İlk Önce rötuş gereken yerlere kürdan kullanarak rötuş yaptım. Ardından vernik hasarı olan kısımları akrilik vernik hazırlayarak ( Vernik, sertleştirici, Akrilik Tiner) doldurdum. Yapılan rötuş ve verniği bir gün kurumasını bekledikten sonra fazlasını çok hafif tiner ile sildikten sonra 3000grit zımpara ile düzeltip, Scholl S17+ ve polishing ped ile zımpara izlerini de giderdikten sonra, Scholl S40 ve finishing pad ile parlattım.. :ok:
