Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer 5.0L Detaylı İç Temizlik..



Bir abimizin özellikle arayıp bulduğu ve hemen satın aldığı bu güzel araca maalesef eski sahibi hiç bakmamış ve oldukça pis kullanmış. Bizde ilk aşamada iç kısmını detaylı olarak temizleyerek yeni sahibinin keyifle kullanmasını sağladık..


İlk olarak oldukça kirli ve lekeli olan bagaj zemin halısını söküp kauçuk paspaslarla birlikte dışarıda yıkadık.

- Aracın tavanı da oldukça kirli olduğundan resmen kararmış durumdaydı. Berner İç Temizleme Köpüğü kullanarak ıslatmadan tüm tavanı temizledik.

- Tavanın ardından arka koltuk arkasındaki halı döşemeyi, 3D Upholstery & Carpet Shampoo (Kumaş ve Halı Şampuanı) ile bol köpüklü şekilde fırçalayıp mikrofiber bezle sildikten sonra, halı yıkama makinesi ile iyice durulayarak temizledik.

Aslında bir takım planlar var ama bir türlü istediğim şartlar oluşmuyor. Sonuçta İstanbul'daki şube olurda açılırsa başında en az benim kadar hassas ve tecrübeli birisinin olması gerekir ki kalite hiç bir şekilde düşmesin.. Ama bunu sağlamak da çok zor.. O yüzden erteledik bir süre daha..

Şehir dışından gelerek misafirimiz olan bu araca sahibinin istekleri doğrultusunda,

Bi-xenon mercek dönüşümü ve parlak siyah jant boyama uygulamaları yaptık.


Bi-Xenon dönüşümü için Bosch mercekler, hella gen4 ballastlar ve Philips Xen Start D1S Ampuller kullandık.

Farın orijinal kesilme çizgisini duvarda işaretleyerek mercekleri bu çizgiye göre ayarladığımızdan orijinal aydınlatma çizgisini bozmadan çok daha iyi aydınlatma elde etmiş olduk..


Aracın plastik olan jant kapaklarını da komple zımparalayıp, astarlayarak parlak siyah renge boyadık..

Teşekkür ederim destek için.. Şimdilik bazı dönemlerde kısa süreliğine İstanbul'a gelerek uygulamaları yapıyorum.. O zamanlara denk gelirse elimden geldiğince yardımcı olurum..

Aracımı sattığım için size uğrayamadım ama 1.sayfadan beri hep takip ediyorum ve cidden çok başarılısınız tebrik ediyorum :)

Yorumlarınız için hepinize çok teşekkür ederim.. Corvette'in kaplama söküm işleri bitti. Boya yüzeyindeki portakal kabuğu görünümünü giderip Gyeon Mohs+ Seramik kaplama ile koruma altına alacağız.

Hakan abi böyle aktif çalışında valla spora ihtiyaç azalıyor. :) Olabildiğince kendime zarar vermeden çalışmaya çalışıyorum ama bir lift almanın vakti yaklaşıyor..

Bayiden alındıktan sonra ilk iş olarak konuğumuz olan Beyaz Mercedes-Benz E250 Coupe araca olabilecek en iyi koruma seçeneklerinden oluşan koruma uygulamalarımızın yanı sıra Llumar Koruma Filmleri ve Llumar ATR Serisi Cam Filmleri uygulamaları da yaptık.



Aracı teslim aldıktan sonra ilk iş olarak uygulama öncesi fotoğrafları çekip aracı yıkamaya başladık. Sadece 1 gün trafikte kullanılmış olmasına rağmen yine de oldukça fazla demir tozu yapışmış boya yüzeyine.

- Swissvax detay fırçası kullarak mümkün olan her detayı derinlemesine temizledik.

- Hiç koruma yapılmamış bir araçta Gyeon Bathe+ 'ın performansını gözlemlemek için, Sensei ile yıkadıktan sonra bir de kova da hazırladığımız Bathe+ ile aracı yıkadık ve bol miktarda boncuğumuz oldu :)

- Boya ve jantlardaki demir tozlarını temizlemek için Gyeon Iron kullandık. Sıfır km bir araçta bile ne kadar ciddi kontaminasyon olabileceğini de görmüş olduk. Piyasadaki çoğu uygulama merkezinde maalesef sıfır km araçlara uygulama öncesinde dekontaminasyon işlemleri yapılmadan direk koruma uygulamalarına geçiliyor. Bu yüzden de boya üzerindeki kalıntılar korumanın altında kalarak hem korumayı zayıflatıyor hem de boyanın gerçek parlaklığını göstermesine engel oluyorlar. Bunların yanında Kaplama yapan koruma ürünleri uzun süreli koruma sağladıklarından dolayı bu kalıntılar boya üzerinde oldukça uzun süreli olarak kalıyorlar ve içten içe boyayı yıpratmaya devam ediyorlar.

- Demir tozlarından kurtulduktan sonra aracı kurulayıp içeri aldık ve geride kalan kalıntılar için kil ile temizlik yaptık.

- Koruma uygulamalarına başlamadan önce aracın camlarına Llumar ATR35 cam filmi yaptık. Bu aşamada cam filminin koruma uygulamalarından önce yapılması gerekli. Cam filmleri cama alıştırılırken aracın içinden değil dışından cama yapıştırılır. Bu yapıştırma esnasında cama solüsyon sıkılarak filmin daha rahat hareket etmesi sağlanır. Bu solüsyon her ne olursa olsun yapılacak korumalara kürleşmeleri esnasında kesinlikle temas etmemeliler. Bu yüzden Mohs+ veya herhangi bir glass coating uygulamalarına başlamadan önce mutlaka sıvı kullanımı gerektiren cam filmi ve koruma filmi uygulamaları mutlaka tamamlanmış olmalıdır.

- Cam filmleri çekilirken aracın kapı içlerinin ıslanmasını engellemek için maskeleyip hazırlığı tamamlıyoruz. Bu sayede hem elektronik aksamlara sıvı temasını engellemiş oluyoruz hem de aracın deri ve plastik aksamında oluşabilecek lekelenmelerin önüne geçmiş oluyoruz..

- Cam filminin ardından aracın kaput ve çamurluklarına tam boya Llumar Şeffaf Koruma filmi uygulaması yaparak oluşabilecek taş çarpması vb. tehlikelere karşı boyayı en iyi şekilde korumuş olduk.

- Cam filmi ve koruma filmi uygulamaları bittikten sonra tüm aracı Gyeon Prep ve yeni bezler ile temizleyerek Mohs+ uygulamalarına hazır hale getirdik. Ardından 3 saat ara ile 3 kat Gyeon Mohs ve 12 saat sonra da 2 kat Gyeon Phobic uygulayarak kaplama uygulamasını tamamladık. Her kat arasında olduğu gibi tüm boyalı yüzeyleri Infrared ısıtıcı ile ısıtıp kaplamaların daha hızlı kürleşmesini sağladık.

Teşekkürler.. Kullandığım kil olabilecek en yumuşak killerden birisi olan Stjarnagloss Mild&Safe kildi. Araçın üzerinde oldukça az kalıntı olduğundan bu kili kullandım. Eğer zift gibi zor çıkabilecek kalıntılar olsaydı daha sert bir kil kullanmam gerecekti ve bu da boyanın çizilmesine sebep olabilirdi dediğiniz gibi. Gyeon'un kili orta-sert arası bir kil.

Teşekkürler.. Aslında yazmayı unuttum ama bende kaput filminin altına koruyucu bişeyler sürerim mutlaka. Zararı olmaz, tam aksine filmi sökmek istediğinizde oldukça kolaylık sağlar. Ama yine de Antalya gibi güneşin oldukça etkili olduğu bir şehirde kalitesiz markaların filmlerini kesinlikle kullanmazdım.

Abi boyasız trimlere de uygulanıyor ama pek dayanıklı olmuyor gözlemlediğim kadarıyla. Aynı şekilde koruma folyolarının da üzerindeki kalıcılığı daha düşük. Gyeon Trim tercih etmek daha mantıklı olur.

30.yıl özel üretimi olan bu güzel motosiklete sahibinin beklentileri doğrultusunda detaylı temizlik, bakım ve koruma uygulamaları yaptık.

Boyalı aksamlarda Scholl S17+ / Scholl Bordo Cutting Ped ve Rupes LHR15 kullandım. Krom aksamlarda ise 3D Deep Blue Metal Parlatıcı kullandım.

Son kat olarak da yüzeyi prep ile temizleyip Gyeon CanCoat uygulayarak işlemleri bitirdim..

Henüz 10000km'de olan bu özel araca sahibinin beklentilerini en iyi şekilde karşılayacak uygulamaları yaparak uzun yıllar boyu sürecek koruma altına aldık.

Detaylı temizlik uygulamalarının ardından, Scholl Concepts S17+ ve ardından S40 ile boya üzerindeki çizikleri giderip parlattıktan sonra Soft99 Fusso12 ile koruma uyguladık.

Hazırlık aşamalarından sonra aracın boyalı tüm aksamlarına Llumar Boya Koruma Filmi, ön yan camlara Llumar ATR20 ve en ön cama Llumar PP60 Cam filmleri uygulayarak işlemleri tamamladık. İyi Seyirler..

son olarak da film üzerine cila su kaydırıcı gibi parlatıcılar sürülebiliyor mu? sanki kiri üzerine daha cok yapıştıracakmıs gibi bir duruşu var.
