Could be unveiled next month
The 2013 Toyota Auris has been revealed in yet another leaked brochure.
Looking significantly improved, the model has a sportier and more upscale design. Notable highlights include angular headlights, a large air intake and a distinctive rear end.
The cabin has also been upgraded with higher quality materials and an improved design. Once drivers are ensconced behind the three-spoke steering wheel, they'll find themselves surrounded by metallic trim, gloss black accents and new instrumentation.
In Japan, power will be provided by two different four-cylinder petrol engines: 1.5-liter with 108 hp (81 kW / 109 PS) and a 1.8-liter with 144 hp (107 kW / 146 PS). European variants are also slated to receive BMW-sourced 1.6- and 2.0-liter diesel engines.
The Auris could be unveiled next month, so stay tuned for full details.
