Bir yandan izolasyon devam ederken diğer yandan, elektrik tesisatının tamamı elden geçirildi.
Yapışkansız şerit bantlar ile sarılarak tesisat kabloları toparlandı.. Lpg bağlantısı için kesilen enjektör kabloları lehimlenip, çift kat makaron ile izole edildi.
ECU kablosunun montaj sırasında kesilen kısmı önce eriyen su geçirmez bant ile sarılıp, üzerinden şerit bant ile takviye yapıldı.
Soket diplerinden izolasyon bozukluğu olan kablolar, tamir edildi. Gereken noktalarda kablolar yenilendi.

Aracın hiçbir şekilde orjinal malzemelerine zarar vermeden (kesme, delme vs yok) Yağ sıcaklığı, egzoz sıcaklığı, AFR, yağ basıncı ve alternatör şarj voltajını gösteren göstergeler için kaideler yaptım..
Bu göstergelerin tesisatlarını aracın orjinal tesisatından tamamen bağımsız olarak çektim. Ekleme kesme vs yok..
Orta paneldeki 4 lü ikaz butonunu far anahtarının altına aldım ve oraya astra F ikaz düğmesi uydurdum.. Bu 4lü ikaz Tesisatı içinde kesinlikle orjinal tesisata zarar vermeden soketli ara bağlantı yapıldı.
Teyp dahil tüm bağlantı noktalarında Makaron kullanıldı. Kesinlikle bantlama işlemi yapılmadı.
Çatlayan ön göğüs çıtası tamir edilip, sunni deri ile kaplandı. Güneşten rengi atan ön göğüsün üzeri, selülozik deri boyası ile boyanıp görüntüsü düzeltildi.
Daha önceleri yapılan led aydınlatmalar revize edilip iyileştirildi.
Ön ve arka hoparlör takımları yenilendi..

Arabanın iç kısmı ile uğraşırken bir yandan da hava kararana kadar olan süre zarfında motoru dağıtmaya devam ettim..
Egzantirik kapağını söktüğümde gördüğüm manzara içimi sızlattı :) su ile karışan yağ tahin kıvamında her tarafı kaplamış haftalardır aynı şekilde duruyordu..
Contanın ne sebepten kaçak yaptığını çok merak ediyordum.. Zira bu benim ödeyeceğim bedel ile doğrudan ilgiliydi :D
Sol üstten saplamaları sökmeye başladım, en son sol alttaki 6 nolu saplamayı sökmek için kolu çevirdiğimde saplamanın boşa döndüğünü farkettim :mad: :mad:
Usta blokta saplama deliğinin yalama olduğunu, helicoil olamayacağını bu sebepten işin uzayacağını söyleyip yarın gel demişti...
Saplamayı çektiğimde ise helicoil saplama ile birlikte elime geldi.. Tabi ustamın kulakları bir kez daha çınladı..:rakir:
Doğal olarak kapak contası saplamanın sıkmadığı yerden patlamıştı..
Yaptığımız araştırma sonucu baga yapılması gerektiğini, bunun içinde bloğun sökülmesi gerektiğini öğrendim..
Böylelikle iş yerinin oto parkında motor toplama ihtimali son buldu :D
Motorun üzerini örtüp, bütçe planlaması ve motoru yapacak yer araştırmasına koyuldum.. :D

Motoru dağıtmak için yer ararken, çok yakın bir arkadaşım araya girip bana bir dükkan ayarladı.. Mekan sahibi arkadaş motorun dağıtılıp toplanması konusunda yardımcı olacak ve işçiliğini alacak.. Bende diğer işlerim için dükkanı istediğim kadar kullanacaktım, bu şekilde anlaşma yaptık :D
Şirket otoparkında artık meşhur olan aracımın camına, arkadaşlar "Beni Yürüt" diye yazınca yıllık izine ayrılıp, Calibra ile sanayi yollarına düşmenin vakti geldi :D

Silindir kapağımız zaten daha önce kapakcıya yollanmıştı.. Yapılan kontrollerde iyi durumda olduğu taşlamaya gerek olmadığı bilgisi verildi..
kapak temizliği yapılıp, 100 km önce değişen sübap lastikleri tekrar yenilenip toplandı..
Bizde motorumuzun fazlalıklarını alıp bloğu ölçüm, kontrol ve baga işlerinin halledilmesi için rektefiyeciye gönderdik.
İşlemler bitene kadar olan süre zarfında, motor kaputunun altını ve içini yağ ve pislikten arındırıp, teroson ile kapladık.

Anlatım ve detaylar enfes, çizgileri hiç bir zaman eskimeyen oldum olası çok özendiğim bir bir araç, tüm detayları düşünülmüş bir proje, başarılar diler tebrik ederim, elinizde imkan varsa orijinal stopları kullanmanızı öneririm.
Anlatima ve verilen emege soylenicek laf yok, keske ben de boyle islerden anliyo olsam da ben de gozumu karartip kendi arabami toplasam. :D
