2011 Audi A3 Detailing -Detaylı Dış Aksam Bakımı ve Nanolex Professional Boya Koruma-

Yeni işyerimizdeki ilk uygulamamız olan 2011 model beyaz Audi A3 ile karşınızdayız :)




Aracı teslim aldıktan sonra ilk iş olarak 40 dereceye ayarladığımız sıcak su ile aracın dışını komple yıkadık. Bu esnada hava sıcaklığı -5 derece civarında olduğundan yıkama işlemini hızlıca bitirip aracın üzerindeki su donmadan kurulamak için yıkama esnasında fotoğraf çekemedim. Yıkama sonrası fotoğrafları ile başlıyoruz..

Detaylı incelemenin ardından boyalı yüzeyler, jant yüzeyleri ve camlar Adam's kil ile temizlendi. Boya yüzeyi aşırı derece de birikmeye maruz kalmış. Kil ile temizlediğimiz her yüzey direk parlamaya başladı :)

elinize emeğinize sağlık

Kuş pislikleri boya yüzeyinde deformasyona sebep olmuşlar. Bu noktaları 2500grit zımpara ile zımparalayıp deformasyonu düzelttim.

Bu aşamadan sonra biraz hızlanıp tüm aracı yün ped + Scholl Consepts S3 Gold ve ardından polishing ped + Scholl S30+ ile boyayı çiziklerinden arındırıp parlattık. Daha sonra polisaj yağlarından arındırmak için, Crystal Consept Power Shampoo ve 40C sıcak su ile aracı iki kere yıkadım.

Aracı kuruladıktan sonra aracın trim aralarında kalan suları basınçlı hava ile kuruttuktan sonra. Nanolex Paint Cleaner ile boyayı tüm polisaj kalıntılarından tamamen temizledim.
Daha sonra tüm boyalı aksamlara ve jantlara Nanolex Professional boya koruma uygulaması yaptım.

Tüm uygulamaların ardından yıkama esnasında hava aşırı soğuk olduğundan jantların arka kısımlarındaki ve davlumbaz bölümdeki kirlere müdahale edememiştik. O kısımlarla da ilgilenip tüm dış aksamın kusursuz olmasını sağladık.

Jantların arka kısımları için ilk aşamada Tornador ve APC denedim ancak geç saatte çalıştığımız için fazla ses olduğu için manuel yöntemlere geçtim :)

Daha önce siyah a3'ede bi uygulama yapmıştınız sanırım.. O da çok başarılıydı ağzım açık bakıyodum konuya. :D

Benim bir sorum olacak ya, şu tabancanın marka model nedir acaba bana tam olarak böyle bişey lazım iş yerimde oto yıkama makinesi vardı makineyi taşımaktan zevkle yıkayamıyodum resmen :)
