VW Beetle Detailing "Crystal Consepts Ccoat Premier Kristal Kaplama"

Bu seferki konuğumuz İstanbul'dan. :) 2013 model Karamel Kahve Rengi Volkswagen Beetle.. Aracın sahibi Beetle'ı için en iyi korumayı istediğinden, 7H sertlik derecesi ile 3-5 yıl civarı koruma ömrüne sahip olan Japon menşeili Crystal Consepts Ccoat Premier ürününü uyguladım.

Aracın sahibi oldukça hassas ve ilgili bir beyefendiydi. Saat üzerinde 30000km'de olmasına rağmen oldukça dikkatli şekilde bakmış aracına ve boyası oldukça iyi durumdaydı. Yalnızca kaput ve sol ön çamurlukta verniği oldukça derinlemesine etkilemiş bir kaç çizik vardı.

Aracı teslim aldıktan sonra araç pek kirli olmadığından basınçlı su ile aracın üzerindeki tozu temizledikten sonra detay fırçası ve Sensei APC ile trimleri, dış plastik detayları ve jant/lastik yüzeylerindeki kirleri temizledik. Daha sonra da davlumbaz içlerini Adam's davlumbaz fırçası ve Meguiar's Super degreaser kullanarak temizledim.

Jant yüzeylerinin ardından, Meguiar's Ultra Safe Jant Fırçası ile jantların iç kısımlarını da temizledim.

Ardından boyayı ve jantları üzerine yapışmış olan metal tozlarından arındırmak için Crystal Consepts Iron Cut kullandım.

Arındırma işlemlerinin ardından, Würth BMF Temizleyici kullanarak tüm aracı yıkadım.

Yıkama ve durulama işlemlerinden sonra Chemical Guys Wooly Mammoth ile aracı kurulayıp uygulama bölümüne aldım.

Kaput ve çamurluk üzerinde bulunan derin çizikleri, 2000 grit zımpara ile ile zımparalayıp keskin köşelerini yumuşattıktan sonra, vernik ile rötuş yapıp kurumalarını bekledim.

Vernikler tam olarak kuruduktan sonra yine 2000 ve 3000 grit zımparalar kullanarak tamamen düzleştirdim.

Scholl S3 ve Cutting ped ile 2 geçişin ardından çiziklerden geriye bunlar kaldı.

Çizikleri düzelttikten sonra, araç üzerindeki kalıntıları tamamen gidermek için, Bilt Hamber Regular kil kullanarak gerekli temizliği sağladım. Bol miktarda zift ve reçine kalıntısı çıktı boya üzerinden.

Kil ile yüzey temizliğinin ardından, polisaj işlemlerine başladım. İlk olarak piano black spoyler boyasındaki derin çizikleri Scholl Polishing Pad ve S17 kullanarak giderdim. Daha sonra tüm boyalı yüzeyleri Scholl S30+ Nano Compound kullanarak parlattıktan sonra tekrar yıkama bölümüne alıp yıkadım.

Motor üzerinde gezmiş küçük misafirin ayak izleri.

Motor bölümünü temizledikten sonra boyalı tüm yüzeyleri Nanolex Premium Paint Cleaner ile temizleyip tüm polisaj kalıntılarından temizlendiğine emin oldum. Daha sonra Crystal Consepts Ccoat Premier uygulamasına başladım.

Yaklaşık bir hafta sonra araç tekrar geldi. Bu sefer de aracı yıkayıp, Crystal Consepts Siox Hybrid Sealant ile son uygulamayı yaparak tüm işlemleri bitirdim. Parlaklık bir kat daha arttı.

Böyle bi uygulamanın sıfır bir araba için maliyeti nedir mart - nisan gibi sipariş ettiğim arabam gelicek ona yaptırmak istiyorum ama bunun içinde istanbuldan ankaraya gelirken kaputu haşat ederim diye korkuyorum :)
