Az önce vxronline.co.uk ' de konuları okurken, birinin Corsa vxr'a bir jant taktığını gördüm..konuyu okudukça,herkesin "vay anasını ST200 jantları,nerden buldun" dediğini gördüm ve içimden "bu herhalde bir Ford ST modeli" diye geçirip duruyordum..Taa ki , jantları takan kişinin , jantların asıl bulunduğu aracın resmini koyana kadar...Kendisi 5. Vectra ST200'ün sahibi imiş.. Merak edip internetten araştırma yaptım,ve araştırdıkça,ST3000 diye de bir modelin olduğunu öğrendim... İki aracın da detayları,ve Türkçeleştirdiğim yazılar aşağıda :)

Vauxhall Vectra SuperTouring 200 (ST200)
38 SuperTouring 200’s were made by MSD in Milton Keynes, no number 13, but a number 50 instead. These were developed from the Vectra race challenge series, 37 were saloons with 1 estate. 28 White, 5 Black, 2 Red, 2 Silver, 1 Blue Estate. We only have the history of 15 cars, the others are missing somewhere! Standart Spec was:

Vauxhall Vectra SuperTouring 3000 (ST3000)
The ST3000 was a dealer special edition model. These started life as 1998 2.5 V6 GSi's but were then shipped back to MSD or more extensive modifications. These modifications included fitting a new modified 3.0 V6 engine, AP 4-pot brakes, special exhaust system, full leather re-trim, uprated suspension and so forth. The cost new of the ST3000 was £30,000. Only 3 of these cars were originally built.
ST3000 bir galerinin özel ürettiği bir seri idi. Normalde ST2000 olarak üretilmişti (2.5 V6 GSi) ancak daha fazla geliştirilmesi amacı ile MSD ye geri gönderildiler..Bu modifikasyonlar 3.0 V6 motor konulması, AP Racing fren sistemi , özel egzoz sistemi , komple deri kaplama , upgrade edilmiş süspansiyon sistemi ve birkaç başka özellik idi.. Fiyatı 1998 yılında 30.000 sterlin idi,ve yalnızca 3 adet üretildi..

Fully gas flowed heads with re-profiled valve throats, enlarged & matched exhaust ports with gas flowed manifolds and fully gas flowed intake manifolds.
270o camshafts.
Lightened flywheel by 10kg.
Reworked engine management system with a ‘Superchip’ and rev. limit up by 500 rpm.
‘K&N’ panel filter and modified air feed.
‘Mobil 1’.

Standard 5 speed with uprated gear linkage.
Reduced final drive to 4.34:1 with a LSD and traction control.
‘Koni’ adjustable dampers and lowered, uprated springs all round.

Standard 292mm vented rears with painted calipers.
Bespoke 60mm stainless exhaust system.
