Fdc : Turbo beslemeli modlu motorlarda ulaşılan yüksek boost seviyeleri fuel cut-off sistemini tetikleyerek yakıt akışının kesilmesine neden olabilir. Fuel cut-off değerini yukarı çekerek motorun ihtiyacı olan yakıt akışının kesilmesine mani olur.
mesela turbo bir araç diyelim normal basıncı 0.8 bar ama 1 bara gelince duvara çarpmış gibi araç küt diye kasıp vuruyor nerdeyse motor kırılmış gibi oluyor yani bu fcd ile bu vuruntuyu engellemiş mi oluyoruz ayar derken ne ayarı oluyor voltaj ayarımı acaba...voltaj 5volt gibi sanırım yani bu değeri yükseltmekmi düşürmekmi bu vuruntuyu 1 barda yaptırmıyor???

demek istediğim bu resimdeki ürün üç kablo var dediğim sanırım özgün bey ilk bakışta anlamıştır bunun ne olduğunu ve hangi araçlara olduğunu üniversal diyor ama bilemiyorum ebay'de Türkiye'ye kapıya kadar teslim yaklaşık 80 TL gibi çıkıyor..açıklaması ingilizce birazda uzun bir açıklama özr dilerim ama çok azda olsa sanırım tercüme eden biri çıkar :)

Universal Fuel Cut Defender (FCD)
(also known as Fuel Cut Defencer, Boost cut eliminator, MAP clamp etc.)
To suit cars commonly using a 5 volt, 3 wire MAP sensor
Voltage clamp type to eliminate fuel cut completely and copies the MAP sensor voltage exactly until the clamp point, Unlike others!

Can also be used when turbocharging a naturally aspirated engine, to clamp the MAP sensor voltage and fool the ECU from seeing boost.
So far used with great success on many cars including: Daihatsu Charade GTti's,Starlet/Glanza, Civic turbo conversion,Dodge SRT-4 ,VW 1.8T.
This little box connects with 3 wires onto the sensors 3 wires, and works by clamping still and holding the MAP sensor voltage from rising any higher, which normally would trigger the ECU to activate fuel cut (or boost cut as some prefer to call it)
It is fully adjustable by turning the adjusting trim pot screw, so the voltage clamping point can be setup to suit your car.
It is very accurate and your ECU will be getting the correct sensor output voltage right up until the voltage clamp point of the FCD (which you set). So all aspects of driving remain unchanged, start-up/idle and normal driving etc, apart from no fuel cut!

This FCD connects with just 3 wires onto the MAP sensor 3 wires, you do not have to cut wires with this FCD, just piggyback/splice into them.
FCD Red wire joins onto MAP sensor INPUT (approx constant 5 volt)
FCD Black wire joins onto MAP sensor GROUND
FCD Green wire joins onto MAP sensor OUTPUT (a varying voltage that changes with engine revs)
You can use a multimeter to find out which wire is which from the sensor. Or your owners club forum will be able to help.
Once fitted, you need to adjust your boost pressure high enough to trigger the fuel cut, then adjust the screw on FCD (turn anti-clockwise to lower voltage clamp, About 1 turn at a time) and try again.
After a few attempts you should notice the fuel cut has completely gone, (Be patient as it may take a good few turns of the screw to reach the correct voltage clamp point)
Once set the FCD is now clamping the sensor voltage below the point that the ECU would activate fuel cut.
Make sure you dont turn the screw too far past the fuel cut point, as this will reduce the amount of fuelling. You want the FCD adjusted as close as possible to the fuel cut point.
Please be aware that once adjusted will not have any fuel cut anymore, and you MUST be sure your boost level is not set too high for your engine. Normally most cars will tolerate a few extra PSI without any issues, but if you want to raise boost quite a bit over the standard limit, you will need to add extra fuel (ie, more fuel pressure) and/or retard ignition timing (if you dont have a knock sensor). A reliable boost gauge should always be used, and I advise having a wideband air/fuel ratio gauge, or at the very least a session on a rolling road to check your fuelling and timing is safe for the boost you want to run.

FCD's can be a perfectly acceptable way of getting good effective and safe power gains with turbo cars, for very little money. If used and setup correctly!

Otherwise the FCD is sent out to clamp voltage at 5 volts, so to start with you will probably still hit fuel cut, until you adjust the FCD to suit your car.
.......What is MAP sensor and how does it work?.......
First of all, engine "mapping" and the MAP sensor are not to be confused. Mapping refers to the fuelling and ignition timing "maps" or tables programmed into the ECU software.
MAP sensor stands for (Manifold Absolute Pressure sensor), Some cars instead use a MAF (Mass Air Flow) sensor.
Both are engine sensors, MAP sensor measures engine vacuum and turbo boost pressure, MAF sensor measures airflow into engine. The sensor converts the vacuum/boost(MAP) into a low voltage signal and sends it back to the ECU so it can work out what to do with the fuelling and timing.
The voltage being sent to ECU ranges from 0-5volts, it is changing all the time as you drive when applying throttle/load/revs to the engine.
And as turbo boost pressure goes up, so does the output voltage from the sensor.
Built into the ECU software there is a preset voltage maximum limit that it will allow from the MAP sensor, if the voltage from MAP goes above this limit, the ECU then knows the boost pressure is going too high and triggers a safety system shutdown commonly known a Fuel Cut or Boost Cut.
This is designed to prevent engine damage (or destruction!) from excessive boost pressure, there could be a worse case scenario where the turbo overboosts dramatically due to a seized wastegate or faulty wastegate actuator. In this scenario the turbo would continue building boost to over 2 Bar (29psi) on many engines! Blown engine in next to no time!
In the case of turbo boost modifications, where we want to say run a bit more boost pressure for more power (like a few extra PSI over the standard limit)
A FCD can be used to stop the MAP voltage from going high enough to trigger the ECU safety shutdown.
The FCD clamps output voltage from the MAP and stops it going any higher, regardless of the higher boost/airflow. Once clamped, The ECU never knows the boost pressure is quite as high as it is.
FCD should always be adjusted to start clamping voltage JUST below the ECU voltage limit, so you get as much fuelling and timing correction from the ECU as possible.
The voltage when the ECU triggers the safety cut will vary on every type of car, so the FCD must be setup to suit using the voltage clamping adjuster screw on the FCD.
Some cars will tolerate more boost over the standard limit than others. Typically 2 or 3psi extra boost will be fine on most engines. To go higher, then there needs to be a way of getting extra fuel into the engine to prevent it running lean. Often a easy cheap way to do this with fuel injection is to raise fuel pressure slightly using a adjustable fuel regulator. This will make the injectors squirt more fuel every time they open. A side effect with too much fuel pressure means your fuel economy goes down and your emissions is higher because the injectors are spraying more fuel at all times.
Another (better) way for more fuelling can be to add a extra fuel injector which only starts to open and spray fuel when needed at high boost, so economy and emissions are unaffected for normal driving.
Finally, proper engine mapping by changing the software maps inside the ECU, Then the fuelling and timing can be configured to suit. When you start doing this then normally a FCD is not needed, as the new software can be programmed to delete or raise the original boost safety setting!

3 kablolu da olabilir ancak 3 kablolu olanlarda hassas ayar ve release mode olmaz.. O yüzden fiyat olarakda diğerlerine göre daha uygun tabii ki :)
release mod da; motor güvenliği için daha üst bir basınca ayarlanır ve arabada bi sıkıntı olurda turbo basıncı istenmeyen değerlere çıktığında beyine sinyali orjinal olrak göndererek korumaya girmesini sağlar...

Sonuçta AFR motordan direk olarak sonucu verir, motor içi ile aynıdır..
