Jackson racing in yeni bi supercharger modelini gördüm turboyla birleştirmişler ... ama turbo gibi yağa ihtiyaç duymuyomuş ve daha sessizmiş bide aynı zmanda Turbo Lag yokmuş .. adıada Retrox muydu neydi .. nedir bu sistem bilgisi olan varmı acaba ?

Turbo nun tadını alabilmek için 2500-3000 devirlerde devreye girmesi gerekirki bu yüksek bir turbo basıncını şart koşar..Standart pistonların da bu basıncı destekelemez...

Rotrex uygulamaları henüz yaygınlaşmadığından turbo gibi birşey diyebiliriz ama inanın çok muhteşem bir teknoloji..Uygulama zorluğu maliyeti ve randımanı açısından turbo rotrex in yanından bile geçemez..Ve aracının yakıt sarfiyatı %30 a kadar gerileceyecek (: Alt devirler o derece doluyor anlıyacağın..

Bu süpercharger tarzı ürün kendi yağ rezarvuarı olduğundan motordan herhangi bir yağlama beslemesine ihtiyaç duymuyor, böylece uygulanması çok daha kolaylaşıyor..Basıcağı havanın basıncını kasnak boyutları ile oynayarak rahatlıkla ayarlıyabiliyorsunuz..Ürün şu an da 2000 euro mertebesinde ithal edilebiliyor ama bu rakamın çok daha altında maledebileceğimizi düşünüyorum..Alınacak güç turbo gibidir..Forget pistonalara 1 bar basarak 2 katı güç, stoc pistonlara yarım bar basarak %50 güç alınabilir..Turbodan en büyük farkı, Turbo Stoc piston kullanıldığında yarım barı 5000 devirde görüyor ve 5000 devire kadar atmosferik bir motor gibi davranıyor..Ama Rotrex basması gereken basıncı çok alt devirlerden itibaren üretmeye başlıyor böylece atmosferik benzinlilerin en büyük handikapı olan düşük devirlerdeki tork düşüklüğünün önüne geçiliyor..

Supercharger demek gücü egsoz gazından değil de motordan almak demek. Tipi farketmez. Rotrec de bir çeşit supercharger, havayı sıkıştırıp basıyor. Avantajş ufak ve etkin olması, içinde değişik bir sistem var. kendi yaglama sistemi var motordan değilde ayrı bir hazneden alıyor. jacson racing artık bu sisteme geçti, eaton (mersedeslerdeki) kompresörü bıraktı. hatta bir itr type r vardı rotrex kullanan, youtube dan bulabilirsiniz.

Belki bir arkadaş bu rotrex zımbırtsını getirir ve uygular diye o firma ile olan yazışmamı copy paste ediyorum, eğer biri getirir uygularsa arkasından pek çok kişi bu işe girebilir, gümrük montaj vs ne tutar tecrübesiz olduğum için cesaret edememiştim, ucuz görünüyor turboya göre...

First, sorry for this late answer. I have been away for some days.

For the standard compression I think 0,3 – 0,4 bar will be suitable.

There is plenty of space in the engine bay. We have done several installations on the Polo.

I don’t know which chip you have, but I think you need some additional fuel. We can also sell you a MF2 mapfuleler, which can control the additional fuelt via an extra injector.

I thank you for your interest, although your price is a little bit high for me, it looks reasonable, i will save this email, we will talk about this system again throughly when i come back to istanbul. I need to think about this system with a professional installation mechanic.

Which pressure value is suitable for standart compression in your opinion? i don't want to have any problem in engine parts and engine life. Will engine life decrease after sc ?

Should i need to learn the dimensions of this kit? do you think it is better for me to take my engine's photo before ordering? I ** afraid about free space under the bonnet.

I have already custom chip for my car, can i use it without alteration for supercharger system with low pressure and standart compression? I know remapping is better but it is not cheap here. My car is 90-95 hp now, If i get 120 hp, it will be enough for me. I want to improve it in the future as long as i save money.

The price for the below mentioned parts excl. camshafts and mf2 fuelmanagement system will be 2000 Euro excl VAT & Freight. Howver 0,5 bar may be a little bit to high on standard compression, but we can deliver another pulley for the supercharger which will adjust the boostpressure. Anyway we can return to this once you are back in Istanbul .

I thank you for your interest. The kit should be smallest one to fit under the bonnet. It should be cheap, i want to use it with 0,5 bar and standart compression. As i learned from your response, the kit includes:

- bracket for SC

- oil kit

- Rotrex fuel pressure regulator

- by-pass valve

- air filter

- 80 mm pulley

- drive belt

- camshaft (i have one)

The kitset includes a C30-74 supercharger unit, bracket for SC, oilkit , fuel pressure regulator, Airfilter,Bypass valve, 80 mm 276” schrick and the compression ratio is lowered.

The Dyno result was approx 150 HP with standard exhaust system. With standard compression ratio approx. 130 hp can be expected.”

Evet ben dedim zaten suan benim arkadasim satio $1900 burdaki girdigim forumda.

Burdada Celicalara yapiolar bole projeleri arada sirada normal SC lere gore daha fazla guc aliolar orasi kesin.

Ama sirf bunla bitmio yane oda war iste.

Tuan denen cucuk Bracketlerinide veriodu $100 a galiba en son konustugumda.
