Arkadaşlar specleri tam vermese de aracın 500HP olduğunu iddia ediyor. Bir çok parça custom olarak hazırlatılmış ve hazırlanmış. Kullanılan turbo triple ball bearing billet COMP CT2 5858. Tabi alt devirdeki lag için compressor de büyütülmüş. Değişen başka parçalar da ilerleyen sayfalarda mevcut ancak specler tam olarak yok ve darmadağın bir halde...

Where did you get that? The 1.4 BLG engine has a cast iron block (1.6FSI has an aluminum block) and it doesn't have wet liners.The cylinder wall thickness ,although not massive,can take the abuse.We are using Custom Cp pistons (with lowered comp) ,custom rods (piston quided),arp bolts etc.

For the head ,we are using custom oversized intake valves and inox exhaust valves. The FSI engine means that we already have big lifts on the valves ,cams compare to a standard engine. We are using update spring and titanium retainers, so we can rev the engine higher. In the future we will add solid lifters so we can rev it even higher.

The 1.4 TSI engine uses a supercharger to help spool the turbo. If anyone is familiar with the 1.4tsi engine, he will know that unassisted by the supercharger the OEM turbo spools at 3000 rpm. With the help of the supercharger the spool figure drops dramatical (1.9bar at 1800rpm) . Our plan is ,to use the supercharger to spool the bigger turbo but because of the size of the turbo, at a different rpm range.The OEM supercharger is small and we run the risk of overspinning and breaking it if we disengage it at higher rpm. We are building a custom supercharger pulley which is bigger, so that we can keep the supercharger engaged until 3500-4000rpm with out braking it. Will it have lag? YES but it would be similar to a 1.8l engine.

To help spool even more , the turbo we are using is a triple ball bearing billet COMP CT2 5858 unit. That unit is capable of 570hp and its perfect for 1.4 to 2.4 liter engines.

For Fueling we are using update high pressure fuel pump and custom injectors together with some other changes to the whole fueling system.

We are also changing the turbo intake ,with a 3 inch one with a custom 3 inch isolation air flap valve.

We are using a prototype single mass flywhell and clutch kit that could handle the abuse.

As for the gearbox we are still working on it..

The manifold is basicly a modified OEM manifold. The manifold itsself was a good design but I would prefer it with bigger ports.

Given the time frame we have this is the ONLY option we had. It is what is it....

Turbo is a billet trible ball bearing.

Overboost Performance and with the help of overload have work magic with this Golf mk5 gt 1.4 ( AND YES THE CAR IS STOCK) only 4 things have been changed on the car and a lot off magic programming!

Reason of the big cap in the middle of the dyno is because there was to much torque in low revs! Even by adding on the front end of the car 250 kilos plus WD40 on the tires! The tires just kept on smoking!

So they had to let go off the gas for a second

Bigger/different supercharger?? Yes are plans have changed but i have not updated it, in the forum since we haven't put it on the car! Only when am 100% finish with this certain part(supercharger) i will inform the forum! since there is a lot of chance it will not fit even with custom work!! I bought a bigger supercharger for the car 3 weeks ago! If am not mistaken its capable of 240bhp! (a89) :-)

Ok guys just a small update!

The car is Finished! I have been driving since last friday and everything is working just perfectly!

Now is just the step off Braking in the engine. Just when i get that overwith, am going to then take it to the dyno where is going to be custom programed and tuned!

Look guys I am really sorry for the delay but am studing in England at University of Bradford as an Automotive and Mechanical Engineer. So am waiting for the result of my car too! So basically am relying on other people to get my car finished and tuned up.
