Thanks for all the support guys! This really sucks but we will make the best of it, as there is always something learned from failure. We're not giving up on it.
We were experimenting with extremely loose bearing clearances on this build and that may have played a role - we did note lower than normal oil pressures. It was doing fine at lower boost levels and 9500rpm revlimit.
The mis-hap on the dynojet was a bad combination of events all at once. It involved a blown fuse on one of the fuel pumps, dynojet pressure sensor being T'd into the vac line to the FPR without zipties and blowing off and a resulting super lean AFR with boost skyrocketing to 40psi and 10K rpm, and having the exhaust valves contact the pistons all at once. Obviously there are alot of factors that come into play here and more to the story, but that's the short and sweet version just to give you an idea of what happened. :P
Learned a few things and got some good data from the setup while it was running. I already have some nice changes planned for the motor to improve on what we already had built.
As for updates: After a long day and night of thrashing we were able to get the motor apart, rebuilt, and everything back in the car and ready to tune tomorrow morning (actually this morning at this point)!
Maybe have some further updates tomorrow (today), if I get the chance. I need to get a few hours of rest...
Tore apart at noon:
Proof of Vitaras in sleeved block.
