Geçtiğimiz yıl Gyeon Mohs+ Seramik kaplama yaptığımız A180 'in sahibi, aracında görsel bazı değişiklikler yapmak istedi. Birlikte yaptığımız değerlendirmelerin ardından, ayna kapakları, ön tampon altı ve marşpiyel çıkıntılarını mat siyah kaplamaya karar verdik. Uygulama esnasında fotoğraf çekmeyi unutmuşuz kusura bakmayın..

Şu an bulunduğumuz işyerimizin standartlarımızı sağlamakta yetersiz kalması üzerine, uygulamalarımızda çok daha rahat olabileceğimiz ve kalite standartlarımızı daha da yükseltmemize alt yapıyı sağlayacak yeni bir işyerine geçmek üzere çalışmaları başlattık bugün itibari ile.

İki kat üzerine toplam 400m2 kapalı alana sahip yeni uygulama merkezimizde aynı anda 6 araca kadar hizmet verebilecek kapasiteye sahip olacağız. Ayrıca sadece uygulama yaptığımız araç sahiplerine özel, Butik yıkama hizmetimiz de olacak.

Tüm çalışmalarımız tamamlandıktan sonra forum üyelerine özel haftanın belirli günleri saatlik / günlük ekipman ve uygulama bölümü kiralama gibi uygulamalar da yapmayı planlıyoruz. Ancak bunun için biraz zamana ihtiyacımız olacak :)

Bu arada bugün ufak bir hesap yaptık, tavana toplamda 1000m civarında kablo döşeniyor şu an. Toplam 16 güvenlik kamerası, 9 kepenk, 60 civarı panel led olacak. Ayrıca alt kat için şu an kullandığımız spot ledleri ve projektörleri kullanacağız. Ek olarak da duvarlarda led paneller ve spotlar olacak.
Şu ana kadar; Alt kat zemini için su giderleri yapıldı. Duvarların büyük kısmının fayans kaplaması bitti. Alt-üst kat Kalorifer boruları yalıtımlı olan yeni tip borularla değişti. Su tesisatları yapıldı. Alt kat wc ve duş hazırlığı tamamlandı.

Elektrik işlemleri bittikten sonra alçıpan tavan ve duvar işleri yapılacak. Sonrasında alt kat zemini fayans kaplanacak. Alt kat araç girişi için duvar kırılıp 3mx3m kapı/kepenk yapılacak. Mutfak ve wc tamamlanacak. Üst kata aluminyum doğramadan ofis yapılacak.

Anlayacağınız oldukça yoğun bir koşuşturmacanın içindeyiz şu an. Herşeyi ilk seferde eksiksiz yapmak istediğimizden sürekli uzatıyoruz işlemleri. Kısmet olursa 10-12 güne kadar herşey tamamlanmış olur.

Çok güzel olacağı benziyor ve butik yıkama kısmı çok hoş düşünülmüş. Keşke ist de olsa dedirtti. Hayırlısı olsun. Kolay gelsin.

@Makif84: Abi Birlik Borusan'ın olduğu 448. Cad. En sonunda Sporland var. Şu an yıkılıyor orası. Onun 2 bina yukarısında.. Valla fiyat teklifi aldık kepenkler için ama henüz sipariş vermedik. Kamera işini kendimiz yapacağımız için sadece malzeme maliyeti olacak. IP kamera olacak hepsi.
