Aracın detaylı yıkanma işlemi bittikten sonra,Gyeon Q2M Clay ile kil temizliği yaptık. Ardından kurulayarak üst kattaki uygulama alanımıza geldik.

Aracın iyi bakılmış olması sebebiyle polisaj aşamasında ağır aşındırma yoluna gitmedik ve Rupes LHR15 MarkII Dual Action polisaj makinamızda Rupes yeşil ped ve Menzerna MCP2500 uyguladık. Ardından Rupes sarı ped ve Menzerna SFP3800 ile final parlaklığına ulaştık.

Nanolex EX ile yüzey öncesi temizliğini yaptığımız araçtaki tüm boyalı yüzeyi Nanolex Si3D ile koruma altına aldık.

Merhaba sevgili detay severler.

Uygulama merkezimizin ilk haftalarındayız. Bu seferki misafirimiz,beyaz renkli bir Audi A3. Bu aracın sol ön çamurluk ağzındaki göçüğü boyasız onarımlarını gerçekleştirdik ve sizlerle paylaşmak istedik. Uygulamada yalnızca rötuş boyası kullanarak,saca kadar inmiş çiziklerin içini doldurduk.

Aracı Valet Pro Advanced PH Neutral Snow Foam ile kirlerden arındırdık. Detay temizlikleri için Wheel Woolies A7D detay fırçası kullanarak, kapı fitilleri, benzin depo kapağının iç kısmı, kapı araları, arma ve logoların aralarını temizledik.

Yüzeyin genel temizliğini sağladıktan sonra, Valet Pro Dragon’s Breath ile aracın demir tozlarından arınmasını sağladık.

Aracın boyasını Valet Pro mavi kil ile derinlemesine temizledikten sonra, boyasız plastikleri maskeleyerek polisaj işlemine geçtik. Bu süreçte, Dewalt DWP849x polisaj makinamızda yün ped ve Menzerna HCC400, Rupes LHR15 DA polisaj makinamızda Rupes yeşil ve Menzerna MCP2500 uyguladık. Son aşama olarak, Rupes Sarı ped ile Menzerna SFP3800 uygulayarak beyaz rengin derin parlaklığını sağlamış olduk.

Yüzey düzeltme işlemleri tamamlandıktan sonra, aracın kaputunu Llumar boya koruma filmi ile kapladık.

Film ve kaplama işlemleri tamamlandıktan sonra, yüzeyi koruma altına almadan önce Nanolex EX ile temizledik. Ardından Nanolex Si3D ile tüm boyalı aksamı koruma altına aldık.

Herkese merhabalar, kısa bir aradan sonra geçmişte yaptığımız uygulamalar serisine devam ediyoruz :

Uygulama merkezimizde misafir ettiğimiz Opel Astra J kasa kodlu gri otomobilin muhtelif yerlerinde, kapı çarpmalarından ve hafif sürtmeden ötürü oluşan göçükleri boyasız olarak düzelttik.

Fotoğraflara bakarken florasanın şeklindeki bozulmalara odaklanırsanız eğer, göçüklerin ne kadar minimal düzeyde, ancak düzeltmesinin oldukça zor olduğunu görebilirsiniz. Göçükleri düzelttikten sonra yüzeydeki çiziklere gerekirse rötuş ve zımpara uygulamaları yaparak, görünürlüğünü mümkün olan en az şekilde tutmaya gayret gösteriyoruz.

Bu işlemlerin ardından araç sahibinin istekleri doğrultusunda aracın kaputunu Llumar Boya Koruma Filmi ile kaplayarak, aracın ilk günkü kondisyonunu uzun yıllar korumasını temin ettik.

İç temizlik uygulamalarına, tavanda Würth Aktiv Araç İçi Temizleme Köpüğü, kumaş taban halısında ise Tornador ile Würth BMF Çok Amaçlı Temizleyici uygulayarak devam ettik.

Yüzeydeki çizikleri Dewalt DWP849x polisaj makinamızda yün ped ve Menzerna HCC400 kullanarak giderdik. Ardından, Rupes LHR15 DA polisaj makinamızda Rupes sarı ped ve Menzerna SFP3800 kullanarak yüzeyi ilk günkü parlaklığa kavuşturduk. Ardından aracın kaputunu Llumar boya koruma filmi ile kaplayarak olası hasarlardan koruduk.

Otomobili Valet Pro Advanced PH Neutral Snow Foam ile yıkadık. Gyeon Iron ile demir tozu temizliği yaptık. Detay ve jant temizlikleri için Wheel Woolies detay fırçaları kullanarak yüzeyi polisaja hazırlamanın ilk aşamasını tamamlamış olduk.

Koruma yöntemi her ne olursa olsun, uygulanmadan önce yüzey temizliğinin mükemmel şekilde yapılması gerekir. Bu sebeple biz, Gyeon Prep kullanarak aracın tamamını temizleyerek en iyi tutunma alanını oluşturduk.

Yüzeyi koruma altına almak için uyguladığımız Gyeon Durabead, aracın polisaj işlemleriyle sağladığımız ilk günkü parlaklığını uzun süreler muhafaza edebilecek. Yüksek su iticilik ve dayanımı ile kolay temizlenebilirlik sağlayacak, bu sayede çizilmeleri minimuma indirgeyecektir. Tabii ki biz detaycılar olarak, otomobil sahiplerinin de bu konuda bilinçlenmesi için elimizden geleni yapıyoruz.

Her ne kadar uygulama esnasında fotoğraf çekememiş olsak ta, aracın içini de temizlemeyi ihmal etmedik. Tüm deriler Valet Pro APC ile kirlerden arındırıldı. Tavan döşemesini Würth Aktiv Clean döşeme temizleme köpüğü ile ıslanmayacak şekilde temizledik. Temizlik işlemleri bittikten sonra, aracın deri aksamlarının tamamını Gyeon Leather Coat ile koruma altına aldık.

İstanbul’da yaptığımız uygulamalardan bir diğeri de, mavi renkteki bu Volkswagen Golf 7 idi. Otomobilin detaylı temizliğini, boya düzeltme işlemlerini ve Nanolex Si3D uygulamalarını gerçekleştirdik.

Kısıtlı vakitlerde kusursuz olarak gerçekleştirdiğimiz bu işlemlerden ötürü yıkama esnasında fotoğraf çekemedik. Ancak aracı Valet Pro PH Neutral Snow Foam ile yıkadık. Yüzeydeki ziftleri Valet Pro Tar&Glue Remover ile temizledik, jant ve demirtozu temizliğini Valet Pro Dragon’s Breath ile yaptık. Bu esnada detay ve jant temizlikleri için Wheel Woolies detay fırçaları kullandık.

Koruma öncesi yüzey temizliğini Nanolex EX ile sağladık. İşlemleri Nanolex Si3D uygulayarak bitirdik.

Aracı Valet Pro Advanced PH Neutral Snow Foam ile yıkadık. Yüzeyi zift ve böcek pisliklerinden Valet Pro Tar&Glue Remover ile arındırdık. Jant ve demirtozu temizliği için Gyeon Iron kullandık. Detay ve jant temizliğinde Wheel Woolies detay fırçaları kullanarak dip bucak temizlik sağladık.

Temizlik işlemleri bittikten sonra aracı Gyeon Q2M Silk Dryer ile kuruladık, Q2M Clay ile kil temizliğini yaptık. Plastik aksamları maskeleyerek polisaj işlemine hazır hale geldik.

Yüzeydeki derin çiziklerin ve kuş pisliğinden ötürü oluşan deformasyonların onarımı için lokal olarak 2000 ve 3000 zımparalar kullandık.

Dewalt DWP849x polisaj makinamızda yün ped ve Menzerna HCC400 kullanarak çizikleri giderdik. Ardından Rupes LHR15 DA polisaj makinamız ve Rupes sarı ped ile Menzerna SFP3800 uygulayarak yüzeyleri ilk günkü parlaklığına kavuşturduk.

Polisaj işlemleri tamamlandıktan sonra aracı tekrar yıkadık ve kuruladık. Ardından yüzey temizliğinin tam olarak yapılabilmesi için Gyeon Prep ile aracı bir kez daha temizledik. Gyeon Mohs+ ile aracı uzun süreli koruma altına aldık.

İstanbul’a giderek müşterilerimizin talepleri doğrultusunda yaptığımız uygulamaları paylaşmaya devam ediyoruz. Direkt sonuç fotoğraflarının elimizde bulunduğu bu seferki misafirimiz kırmızı renk, A53 kasa kodlu Citroen C3.

Otomobilin detaylı temizlik, boya düzeltme işlemlerini yaptıktan sonra boyalı yüzeyi Gyeon Durabead ile koruma altına aldık. Aracın tüm camları Gyeon View ile su iticilik özelliği kazanırken, jantları da Gyeon Rim ile koruma altına alındı. Son olarak, Gyeon Tire ile lastikleri parlatılan araç teslime hazır hale getirildi.

2015 yılında İstanbul’da yaptığımız uygulamalardan seçtiğimiz bu E36 kasa kodlu BMW M3’ün detaylı temizlik, boya düzeltme, portakal kabuğu onarımı ve Nanolex Si3D uygulamalarını yapmıştık.

Hasarların onarımı sonrasında Rupes LHR15 DA polisaj makinamız ve Rupes sarı ped ile Menzerna SFP3800 uyguladığımız araç, ilk günkü parlaklığına kavuşmuş oldu.

Özellikle Mercedes, BMW, Volkswagen grubu gibi sert boyalı araçlarda, Menzerna HCC400’den direkt olarak SFP3800’e geçilecek ise, bu uygulamada yaptığımız gibi uzun süreli çalışılmalı ve yüzeyde HCC400’den ötürü oluşan hologram/hare kalmadığından emin olunmalıdır. Gerekirse, Menzerna MCP2500 ve orta sertlikte bir polishing ped ile hologramlar giderilip, son olarak SFP3800 uygulanmalıdır.

Polisaj işlemlerini bitirdiğimiz aracın detaylı yüzey temizliğini Nanolex EX ile yaptıktan sonra, yüzeyini Nanolex Si3D ile koruma altına aldık.
