Bu işte önemli olan nokta usta becerisi ve başındaki patronun ne kadar işi bildiğidir. İşi bilmeyen adam başta olduğu sürece usta işi baştan savma yapar. Aldığım maaşa bakarım der geçer. Valet Pro Advanced Ph Neutral Snow Foam ile yıkadığımız aracın üzerindeki zift ve sinek lekeleri Citrus Tar&Glue Remover ile yüzeyden arındırıldı. Ardından kurulanan aracımız kil ve maskeleme işlemleri için içeri alındı.
Aracı Gyeon Q2M kil ile temizledik. Ve polisaj işlemine geçtik.

VW B8 Passat,müşterimizin istekleri doğrultusunda kaputuna uygulanmış kalitesiz koruma filminin eskimesi sonucu sökülmesi ve boya üzerinde yanlış yapılmış uygulamalar sonucu oluşmuş hologramların giderilmesi amacıyla uygulama merkezimize geldi.
Araç detaylı bir şekilde Valet Pro PH Neutral Snow Foam ile yıkandı. Ardından yüzey Valet Pro Turuncu kil ile yüzeye kontemine olmuş kirlerden arındırıldı.
Aşağıda VW boyasına yapılmış oldukça yanlış uygulama sonuçları görülebilir.

Polisaj aşamasına gelmeden evvel,yüzeyi Gyeon Q2M kil ile temizledik ve aracı maskeleyerek polisaja hazır hale getirdik. Dewalt DWP849X Rotary polisaj makinemiz,yün ped ve Menzerna HCC400 ile birlikte çizikleri gidermemize yardımcı oldu. Ardından Rupes LHR15 Dual Action makinemiz,Rupes sarı ped ve Menzerna SFP3800 ile birlikte,hare ve hologramların alınması kadar,boyanın parlaklığını da ortaya çıkarttı.

Bayiden yeni çıkmış bir araç olması sebebi ile Rupes LHR15 Dual Action polisaj makinesi,Rupes Sarı ped ve Menzerna SFP3800 kullanarak az olan çizikleri giderip,boyayı korumaya hazır hale getirdik. Koruma işlemlerinden önce aracın kaput ve ön çamurluklarını Llumar Koruma Filmleri ile oldukça uzun süreli ve sağlam bir koruma altına almış olduk.

Polisaj aşamasında,Dewalt DWP849x polisaj makinamız ile yün ped+Menzerna HCC400 , Meguiar's Polishing ile Menzerna MCP2500 , son olarak Rupes LHR15 Dual Action makinamız ile Rupes sarı ped+Menzerna SFP3800 kombinasyonları ile boyanın olabileceği maksimum parlaklık düzeyine ulaşmasını sağladık. Koruma olarak Soft99 Fusso Coat Dark kullandık.

İşlemlere polisaj ile başladık. Aracın çeşitli bölgelerinde yaptığımız spot testler sonucu en iyi kombinasyonun yün ped ve Menzerna HCC400 olduğuna kanaat getirdik. Dewalt DWP849x polisaj makinası ile uygulamalara başladık.
