Aracın konsoluna farklı bir markanın teyp çerçevesini sabitlemek için kullanılan silikonu temizleyerek,boyadan sonra tekrar montajını yaptık.

Aracın içini temizlemek için çalışmalara başladık. Detaylı iç temizlik işleminde Swissvax detay fırçaları,3D Orange Degreaser ,Berner İç Temizleme Köpüğü ve Valet Pro Carpet Cleaner kullanarak iç mekanı ilk günkü haline döndürdük. Kapı,cam ve tavan fitillerini derinlemesine temizledik.

Corvette C6 gibi,tamamen fiberglass panellerden oluşan ve bunun gibi tamamen portakal kabuğu görünümünü barındıran bir araçta,Güven,Özveri ve Tecrübe isteyen bir uygulama gerçekleştirerek Dewalt DWP849X Rotary makinamızda CarPro Denim Pad ve Scholl S17 kullanarak polisaj işlemlerine başladık. :)

Gerçekten güzel olmuş,kendi arabanızı yapar gibi yapmışsınız.. o portakal kabuklarını zımparalamadanmı aldınız? birde zımparalamasanız bile killemekteki amaç nedir zaten polisaj temizlemiyormu yüzeyi? Son olarak jantlara uygulanan ürünün balata tozlarıyla vs arası nasıl? benim jantlarımı temizlemek çok zor oluyor çünki..

Çok teşekkürler. Elimizden geldiğince misaifirimiz olan tüm araçlara en az kendi araçlarımız kadar özeniyoruz.
Portakal kabuğu görünümünü gidermek için zımpara kullanmadım. CarPro denim Orange Peel Pad kullandım.

Kil ne olursa olsun mutlaka kullanılmalıdır. Yüzeydeki Reçine,zift, demir tozu vb. Kalıntıları temizlemek için kullanılıyor. Polisaj yaparken bu kalıntılar temizlenmez tam tersi ısıyla birlikte boyaya kalıcı olarak gömülür. Bunun dışında boyaya gömülemeyecek kadar iri olan ziftlerde yüzeyden koparak ped üzerine yapışır ve bu seferde boyayı çizmeye başlar.

Jantlar için kullandığımız ürün olan Gyeon Rim, bahsettiğiniz Balata tozlarının jantlar üzerine kalıcı olarak yapışmasını büyük oranda engeller. Uygulamanın asıl amacı da budur. Ayrıca jantlarınızın daha az kirlenmesini ve daha kolay temizlenmesini sağlar.

Yine Berkay, yine mükemmel bir sonuç...
Araç Showroom'dan dışarıya öyle çıkmamıştır.

Uygulama merkezimize gelen gri VW Passat B6'ya,araç sahibinin istekleri doğrultusunda çizik giderme,detaylı temizlik ve boya koruma uygulamaları yapıldı.

Araç ValetPro PH Neutral Snowfoam ile yıkanarak kirlerden arındırıldı. Ardından Gyeon Q2M Kil kullanılarak boyada kontemine olmuş kalıntılar giderildi. Aracın plastik aksamları maskelenerek polisaja hazırlandı.

Aracın boya durumuna baktığımız zaman pek çok kılcal ve yüzeysel çizik tespit ettik. Ürün kombinasyonlarımızı buna göre seçtik.

Bu sıkıntıları gidermek için Dewalt DWP849X Rotary polisaj makinamızda,yün ped ve Scholl Concepts S3 ile cutting işlemi ardından,Rupes LHR15 Dual Action polisaj makinamızda Rupes Sarı ped ve Scholl Concepts S30 kullandık.

Uygulama merkezimize bayiden çıkar çıkmaz gelen gri Skoda Octavia aracın ilk günkü parlaklığını koruması amacıyla,Gyeon Mohs+ ve Llumar Kaput filmi uyguladık.

İşlemlere detaylı dış temizlik ile başladık,aracı ValetPro PH Neutral Snow Foam ile kirlerden,jantları da ValetPro Dragons Breath ile demir tozlarından arındırdık. Kil ile temizleyerek yüzeyi polisaja hazırladık.
